if you didnt already know, i feel like everyone who has met him tho will agree...

anywho he just got a fun new toy - its a brompton!  they are kinda the coolest folding bikes ever.  they even have a brompton bike race - the first one in the usa is gonna be this march in philly, i think he;s gonna do it!  in 2008 his sister actually came in 3rd at the Smithfield Nocturne and won best dressed female - for which the prize was a bespoke bowler helmet presented by Paul Smith.  then in 2009 she competed in the BWC - the brompton world championship - where her best dressed title was usurped by another (i do not think better dressed) lady...

i am obsessed with these stockings!!  just p.s'n it here, but these things are really amazing!  the prints are designed in london, and the stockings are produced in the USA!!  hooray USA!

please let me illustrate my point

this is an illustration i did of my friend naeem while he was performing at Fabric in london..  it was a fun night, even tho i twisted my ankle after i had to jump off the stage in 6" heels.  man.  i actually had to walk with a cane for a few days after that.  it wouldve been cooler if there was a sword hidden in the cane, but i wasnt that lucky.  anyway, here. 

and if you don know (know you know)  naeem is wearing a P(lastic) Little T!  aaaaaawyeeaah

oh.  and this isnt a rabid fox ring.  totally strange ik, cause i thought it was - if anyone knows who else is making big metal animal jewelry, i would love to know! t.h.x.

i am sorry i didn't write yesterday, and after i said that i was really going to do this whole blogging thing! "take it serious - man!" says the peanut gallery!!

well, i am in london, i just arrived this morning, 3am our time, 8am on this side of the pond. we are getting ready for our engagement party, which i will post some photos from - anna, adam's mother, has quite a green thumb, so the garden is just lush with green and red and purple and yellow. there is also an allotment down the road which is where most of the veggies come from.. we just visited it today and gathered hand fulls of blackberries, tomatoes and greens.

the weather is lovely here also - my favorite kind - LAYERING WEATHER! i've brought tons of pretty frocks to pair with my mink stole, floral print scarves and ivory trench. i've also brought a whole bunch of '90s style clothes - black jersey dress, floral leggings, denim vest etc! as soon as i can i will upload all of my photos and show you!

this week i plan on going to quite a few museums, we are going to see a Tom Stoppard play (Arcadia), the Ham House (best example of Stuart mansion in UK), and since it is adam's birthday i plan to take him out for a fun night of eating, drinking and debauchery.

well, i must run and help my fambilie get ready for the party, the scents of amazing food are wafting up from the kitchen!
