heeheehee i really do! WINK! hahaha so, i'm heading to philly in a lil, going to check out my lovely ladies over at Topstitch Boutique for their First Friday!!! woohooo!  They are showcasing the amazing  Kris Chau's illustrations and paintings.  i cannot wait!  also, it's gonna snow!  you know what that means?  actually you dont because i havent told you about my new SNOW SUIT yet!  i want to do a posting on it, but it hasnt snowed here yet!  there is supposed to be 16" coming down in philly tonight and i thought, what a great occation to rock mah new snow suit!  huuurah!  photos coming sooooooon! 

but sense i have some more hemming to do first, aaarg, i am not gonna be able to finish my 2 new illustrations! :( so! im gonna TEASE YOU! HAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA. damn skippy.

on another illustration today :)  i am SOOO ADDICTED to drawing!!   i also have some hemming to do, i went vintage shopping the other day and got some really fantastic finds!  a few of the dress are too long to be aplicable to todays aesthetics, so i am going to make them sessy and short!  woohoo! i likey sessy!  if you want to check any of them out, stop by Topstitch Boutique anytime after tomorrow!  anyway, im going to be away from the compy for a bit today, just wanted to pop in and say hi to ya'll.  im so excited that you guys like my blog and are interested in what i am doing!  i will defs have another fun illustration to post later today!  i have to work on some jewelry today too, (i still love you spring 2010), not that you guys will get to see it until a month from now, but i can start to tantalize you with the idea of it, cant i?!

the drawing anywayz. ;)  anywho, i like this site called shopstyle cause i can style outfits using the most amzing clothes!  the only thing is that i want to see the whole thing on someone, yk? so i started illustrating the looks.  this one has the alexander mcqueen printed leggings that i am OBSESSED with!  and the ring she is wearing is $22,525!  it is 22k yellow gold, rose gold and sterling silver ring set with 11.62ct hand-carved citrine and white and brown rough cut diamonds. yyyyyyuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmm.  i want now.  heeheeheeee

clothes, i make em!

so i know i have very vaguely touched on the fact that i am a clothing, jewelry and accessories designer.  my line is called i still love you and at the moment can only be found at Topstich Boutique.  i hope to expand soon, look into manufacturing and all of that terrifying stuff, but at the moment i am making everything by hand and each piece is one of one.  that's right ladies!  get an i still love you original and know for a fact that no one else in the world has that article of clothing!

Topstitch Fashion Show!

as you may know, i helped put on a fashion show in December at Mar Bar in Philadelphia.  the whole night was a blast!  sexy ladies everywhere dressed in one of a kind pieces from the Holiday 2009 Topstitch Boutique collection.  i was so proud to be a part of it, everyone really worked hard to make the evening incredible, and it really payed off in the end!  This video by Ted Passon just came out today, so all of you peeps who didnt get to make it to the show are now able to check out the video here!

this hearts on fire

the other day i was going through an article of clothing that i havent worn in a while.  (for those of you who dont know, i have a massive closet! heeheehee mebs ill show you sometime ;) ) anywho, i was going through this jacket, and out of the pocket i found a lighter.  the thing is is that it is not just any lighter.  this particular bic is 11 years old.  i had it when i was in high school.  with me it has been:  goth, a raver (yeah ill admit it - bet im still a better dancer than you! oh!) a college student, skinny and single, and  now soft and engaged!  (should i try to find embaressing pics of me through all of these stages?  prolly!  when i go to RI next month and visit mah mom mebs i can find some for you guys!) i cannot believe it.  this lighter used to have a wrapper on it - multi colored print.  that came off after sometime.  now it has a magnetic strip on it.  and it is still a quarter of the way full!  it has come and go for the last 11 years, from RI to showing up in philly when i least expect it and then now!  after living in ny for 3 and a half years!!!  ok.  ill stop.  i still think its pretty cool tho hahahaha

please let me illustrate my point

this is an illustration i did of my friend naeem while he was performing at Fabric in london..  it was a fun night, even tho i twisted my ankle after i had to jump off the stage in 6" heels.  man.  i actually had to walk with a cane for a few days after that.  it wouldve been cooler if there was a sword hidden in the cane, but i wasnt that lucky.  anyway, here. 

and if you don know (know you know)  naeem is wearing a P(lastic) Little T!  aaaaaawyeeaah

oh.  and this isnt a rabid fox ring.  totally strange ik, cause i thought it was - if anyone knows who else is making big metal animal jewelry, i would love to know! t.h.x.

My very beautiful girlfriend came over today and we played dress up.  i just got a new camera so that i can start to take photos of the things i am creating.. most of my fall clothing line sold without photos, so i am happy to say going forward i will have documentation of my work!  hooooray!  i didnt want to do too much editing to the images - as i sometimes enjoy - bc this new camera is AMAZING!  so haha i am basically required to have a good eye...
